Indigov Go-to-Market
Indigov Go-to-Market Campaign
For Indigov’s go-to-market plan, I collaborated with the Sales and Marketing teams to design content that would help them position Indigov’s CRM as the right solution for every office’s technology stack, and drive engagement and excitement up through social media and website assets. I created one-pagers, landing pages, blog post imagery, social media images and our template for RFP responses, and helped the team secure over $4 million in annual recurring revenue.
One Pagers
The market Indigov sells into is highly focused on the details of any purchase or technology due to strict rules about how tax payer money can be spent. Elected officials do not want to buy a software just to have to switch back because it wasn’t what they thought it was. To help alleviate the fears and risk averse prospects, I designed one-pagers that went in depth to describe our product and how it helps offices.
Social Media Content
To help drive engagement and awareness with Indigov online, I partnered with our Content Specialist on a series of video interviews that we published to our YouTube and LinkedIn channels. I worked on things like thumbnails, animated title slides, video editing and even branding our official podcast called ‘The Discourse’.
Blog Imagery
Another way to boost engagement with Indigov’s content marketing strategy was through our blog, Town Hall. Here a main responsibility of mine was focusing on SEO and creating imagery to partner with the content inside the blogs. Before I started, the social images for all blogs were stock images, but I rebranded them to use illustrations for our library that fit the topic, and better reflected our brand guidelines.
